3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order on our website, the user:

  • Guarantees that the information provided is true and complete
  • Agrees to pay the amount indicated at the time of the order

The prices shown include VAT at the applicable rate in Portugal, unless otherwise stated. We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Repair Process

After order confirmation:

  1. You will contact us to arrange the delivery of the equipment
  2. We will evaluate the equipment and confirm the requested service
  3. The repair will be carried out within the timeframe indicated upon acceptance
  4. You will be notified when the equipment is ready for collection/delivery

5. Liability

TechRevive is not responsible for:

  • Data lost on the equipment during repair (we recommend prior backup)
  • Pre-existing damage not declared at the time of delivery
  • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos) is the property of TechRevive or its suppliers and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms
